I throughly enjoyed my stay here. It was very “homey” and super comfortable. The hosts were extremely responsive and made extending the stay super easy.

We came in for a one night stay for a TU orientation event. This was also first time to Tulsa. The location is great for TU but also short drive to downtown area. The area was safe. Beds were very comfy. Bathroom was small (I understand its a older home) but shower pressure and hot water were great.Other than than Keurig in the kitchen, I did not look at what kitchenware was available. I think the home is as shown on the website. It was very clean and decorated nicely. It met my needs and I will definitiely stay here again.

My husband, daughter, and I had a great stay! It was clean, kid friendly, and quiet. We will be staying again in the future!

We had a great trip and staying at Chelsea and Justin’s retreat made it super smooth! My husband and I felt safe and felt that the neighborhood was safe and lit just enough for easy navigation! My little one felt right at home and was excited to have his own room and the choice of either bed! Our bed was soft and cozy. Bathroom was clean and very well stocked. The kitchen was bright and it was easy to find what we needed. We felt safe and the inside of the house was quiet - you can hardly hear anything except chirping birds outside! ☺️ The welcome binder was helpful in detailing some extra fun and activities in the area as well as logistics. We highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful time staying at this home in Tulsa! The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions, but still quiet and peaceful. The host was very responsive and made check-in super easy. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra towels, a well-stocked kitchen and fast Wi-Fi. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’d definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay-clean bathroom, comfortable bed, nice neighborhood. Pots/pans were well-used and cooking utensils were sparce. Overall, comfortable place to stay.

The house was very cute & definitely recommend to anyone that is traveling with pets. The backyard is perfectly shaded so comfortable to play outside with dogs & not get too hot. Be sure to wipe your dogs feet before walking inside the house though. Chelsea was very responsive to messages & helped out with special requests when she was able.

Great location for TU. Our son was graduating from TU and we didn’t have to worry about parking because we were in walking distance to our son’s fraternity and the Bayless tower. Back yard was great for our dogs too.

Chelsea's house was perfect for our needs. It is very well appointed and clean. The house also was very conveniently located, close to downtown and other venues. We visited the Bob Dylan Center and the Greenway Rising Museum. Highly recommend both. There were plenty of places for food shopping including a great seafood market and a Sprouts grocery. Chelsea is incredibly quick to respond and gave us numerous recommendations. My wife and I would definitely stay here again.

House was exactly as shown in the listing. Quiet neighborhood and right across the road from the university. Quick access to all of the Tulsa destinations we were targeting- Route 66 sites, downtown and the Gathering Place. Great spot for a Tulsa vacation!

The place was decorated so beautifully and the beds are SO comfortable along with the softest sheets. Even though i don’t have an animal i loved that they included treats and are a dog friendly airbnb. My three year old twins loved the backyard to run around in as well.

This was our first time staying at an Air B&B. Chelsea answered a lot of questions we had about the process and always helpful. She sent a message each day asking if there was anything she could do. Amazing experience and will always try to stay at her property when in town visiting our niece.

The place was amazing, I would comeback in a heartbeat on my next vacation to Tulsa. Chelsea reached out daily to make sure we had everything we needed. It was close to grocery stores, restaurants, family activities, and shopping.

This house was exactly what we needed for the week! Centrally located in Tulsa, only a few minutes from the Expo Center where we were spending the majority of our time, this home was a great find! The area was quiet and so easily accessible from many directions Keep in mind this is an older house, so it has its unique quirks, such as electrical receptacle placement/availability (limited in bedroom and bathroom). Loves: suitcase stand in both bedrooms, stand fans in both bedrooms, full length mirror in master closet, hair ties in bathroom, small snacks, oatmeal, and coffee cups in kitchen, SUPER fast and efficient communication from hosts! Not-so-much: no shades/window covering to back door or kitchen window and the tile in bathroom floor (watch step coming in to bathroom and tiles are a little loose feeling). All in all, I would absolutely stay here again, recommend to my friends/family, and look at other locations these hosts have available! 5-star rating!

Our family of 4 and a pup had a relaxing and wonderful stay at this home. The huge backyard was great for our young boys and the dog to run around. The beds were all extremely comfortable and the pillows were the best! so many good things to say about this place! The Keurig was awesome with a great variety of flavors. I'd definitely recommend this home.

Chelsea is a great host, and her house really is a perfect Air BnB. The house is immaculate. The kitchen is really well equipped with quality items that made it easy for us to throw dinner together. Chelsea goes above and beyond to provide helpful amenities, from towels to wipe dog paws to a jar of dog treats, a wide selection of coffee to an ample supply of bathroom towels and linens. The beds are very comfortable, the linens and pillows good quality. The house is quiet, the fenced yard was great for our dogs, there is a nice park for walking just a block away. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. Internet and television were good. We regularly travel from Wisconsin to Tucson and often go by way of Tulsa. We absolutely would stay at Chelsea's whenever traveling that way. Our dogs feel the same.

We enjoyed our stay so much! It was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. My kids enjoyed the room with the two beds. You can tell this Airbnb was really thought through, with many extras! We will stay again!

We had a great stay in this Airbnb! Everything was spotless and so clean upon arrival. It looked exactly like the photos , and the host is super friendly and responds to messages right away. We appreciated the Christmas tree which was a nice touch as we stayed over the holidays. There is parking, wifi was good, the shower was hot, and beds were comfortable . We have stayed 3 weeks at 2 different properties that are managed by Chelsea. We are always pleased with our stays, 2 of my coworkers and myself. It is located close to downtown where we are working. We have another week reserved coming up.

We stayed here while our kids raced in the USA BMX grands, which means we had long, emotional days in an expo center and desperately needed a comfy place to unwind. That’s exactly what we got! The location was a 5-minute drive from the expo center, coffee shops and Target/grocery. The neighborhood was quiet (we were there during thanksgiving.) The space itself was perfectly sized for our family of 4. The amenities were great. (Oatmeal packs and hair ties made our life so much easier!) The beds were SO comfortable. The only thing to note is that the laundry is only accessible from outside. Not a problem for us, but worth noting if you need to consider accessibility. We hope to stay here again if we come back for grands next year!

Chelsea was so responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in. It was easy and well appreciated after a day of travel. The home was very clean and resembled the description and photos exactly. There were thoughtful and practical things for guests (black makeup wash cloths, snack basket, Keurig coffee pods, dog towels for wet paws/dishes/treats, games, sound machines, etc). We would absolutely stay at this home or any of the other homes she has in the area. I wish Chelsea’s hosting style and houses were available in every city, we had a fabulous stay!

Well first of all the listing is absolutely adorable and super clean! The beds are comfortable, I would swap the frame on the king bed or maybe add middle supports because it kind of forces you to cuddle your spouse. (Fortunately my friends are happily married hahah) the backyard is just what you need to let your dog potty or enjoy the Oklahoma air, we were in town for the fair so more noise is to be expected but the campus noise and highway traffic is noticeable. The coffee was amazing and I loved that they provided dog bowls because I forgot to pack mine. The neighbors are quiet and the neighborhood is a mix of very nice and also very dilapidated houses so I was a little apprehensive at first when I arrived but I would for sure stay again.

This spot was perfect for my family of 4 + pup during our quick getaway to Tulsa. Everything we went to do was within a short drive, and we enjoyed the small park with walking trail that was only a block a way. The place was clean and comfortable as described.

We spent a week in Tulsa for the NSBA horse show. Getting to and from the Expo Square was super easy from this house. Perfect for 3-4 people and the most responsive host we’ve had yet.

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay! The home was well equipped and met our needs well. The only thing I wished I'd know beforehand was that the laundry machines were outside in the garage. We managed just fine, but I would have packed differently had I realized that in advance. Chelsea was great to work with, and very quick to communicate. I would gladly stay here again!

Our stay in Tulsa we so great! We loved this cute home. The only recommendation I have would be get a new mattress for the master bedroom, it is broken or sunk in on one side and little too firm for our taste. Of course others may love firm beds. Also, middle nob on the tub was broken so you can’t take a bath. Everything was super clean and great location. Thank you for letting us stay at your home.

We very much enjoyed staying at Chelsea’s place! Even for the brief time we needed it for the beds were cozy and it was set up very well and clearly well maintained. We had some struggles with the shower, but that could be solved with some brief instructions. Other than that, they had everything they said and what we needed which was perfect!

My husband and I are in the middle of a cross country move and underestimated how hard finding a dog friendly hotel would be. After a nightmare of a first night staying at a low budget hotel that would allow our dogs, I found Chelseas listing on airbnb. I messaged her at midnight, not expecting a response until the morning, and got a reply almost immediately. I am so thankful to have been able to comfortably spend our second night with our dogs (and they are, too!). Chelseas home was beyond expectation and the nicest airbnb I have ever stayed in. Her ammenities went above and beyond. We wish we could have stayed longer! It was a great temporary getaway in the middle of a stressful move. If we ever end up in Tulsa again this would be our first choice.

We found your house quite accommodating! Loved the easy check-in and check-out! Love the daily-changed passcode lock! Quiet neighborhood right next to the University of Tulsa campus. Our pup loves the big fenced yard and when the neighbor’s dog came out, it turned into a dog park 😂 she must have run a mile in five minutes back and forth and we are more than happy to get her energy out.
